Established in 1990, BEN LINNENBANK CONSTRUCTIONS is owned and operated directly by Ben Linnenbank who has extensive experience in the Building Industry.

Ben Linnenbank Constructions offers a personal and professional service backed by over 30 years experience. BLC utilise their strong support base of skilled sub contractors to provide additional experienced labour as required.

Being a Registered Builder (BSC 14341), Ben Linnenbank Constructions has the experience and scope to carry out Contract Management, Interior Fitouts and Building Refurbishments of any size.

The Company adopts a 'hands on' approach, with all staff members being involved in the running of our projects. Quality, service and effective Project Management is the foundation of Ben Linnenbank Constructions. We have the ability and experience to work as the Head Contractor, supervising all trades on site or we can be utilised specifically as the partitioning contractor.

Our sites are managed by our Site Manager and/or Supervisor, with all works carried out conforming to our O.H & S Policy and Procedures and to Worksafe standards. We provide a quality service and endeavour to maintain the very high standard for which we are known.

All projects are finished on time, on budget and to the client’s high standard.
